Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to countries all over the world using local postal services or couriers like UPS, FedEx anGLS. No matter where you live, we can get your order to you!

What are your shipping times?

At checkout, you will be given an estimated shipping and delivery date for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

All shipping times are quoted in working days, which excludes local and international holidays, weekends, and any other time when couriers may not be working due to situations outside of our control - i.e., force majeure, inclement weather, etc.

How long does it take to ship my order?

- For handcrafted items - if the item is in stock, we can ship within 1-2 days, but if we need to make it for you, it can take 5-7 business days.

- Non-handcrafted items: Usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days

- Pre-orders - please see the description on the product page.

*Any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order item is available. 

Where is my package?

If your order has not arrived yet, please don't be alarmed. Delays can and often do happen. Delays can be exacerbated by situations such as;

- your location (shipping to Australia/NZ can sometimes take a lot longer because packages often transit by ship

- the time of year (end of the year is particularly bad),

- incorrect/incomplete addresses,

- COVID-related staffing shortages,

- high volume of parcel/packages now being sent through postal networks, and

- customs delays.

We recommend checking that your shipping address is correct and there are no customs restrictions for your country.

If the package shows as delivered, or it's now outside of our estimated delivery time, it's good to check if the package was left with a neighbour, in a "usual" place you'd have a package left on your property, or at your local post office. 

We also highly recommend opting for the Standard TRACKED shipping option at checkout to give yourself some piece of mind.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The products must be unused, in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it and shipped back within 30 days of delivery. 

We 100% guarantee our products. If for any reason you find that you aren't happy with the product you receive, we will be happy to refund or replace it. You need only send the item back to us.

However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

Why isn't the product color/design what I expected?

We do our best to ensure that our product photos are as true to colour and design as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in lighting and variations in hardware and screen settings, the actual colour of the real-life product may vary slightly from what you saw on your monitor, tablet, or phone screen.

Additionally, the design of the dice may vary slightly to the product photo. This is because each dice set is either handmade or produced in a mould and there can be variations in blending and polishing. Each dice set will vary slightly from other sets, making them a unique addition your collection!

Do you take custom dice orders/designs?

Unfortunately, we had to stop accepting requests for custom dice designs. But if you are looking for a specific number of dice from a set or design, we already have, then we can potentially help!
