Got the wrong mini but the costumer service was incredibly fast, the correct one is on the way and I even get to keep my wrong order.
I put a one star review earlier today to set the attention on the fact I got the wrong order.

Hi Florian - I'm just seeing this now. I just responded to your email that you sent this morning actually. I apologize for sending the wrong mini and I am sending you a replacement ASAP. It will go out tomorrow. And you can keep that mini as an NPC or maybe another future character.

The two prints I bought where in amazing shape and quality. The little directions helped cleaning up the supports. Some supports were already cleared which helped much. I'm happy with all of it. :)
